Module Cost $470 (alumni students save $50)
This module focuses on how to assist students safely and effectively, enabling them to experience optimal alignment and safe postural placement. You will also learn how to give hands-on assists to students during both easy and complex postures.
Learn how to help students increase their own kinaesthetic awareness of their body in a safe and effective way using your voice, touch hands on assist and the principles of counter weight.
A shortfall of any 200 hour teacher training course is new teachers often say they feel uncertain about hands on assist while adjusting their students , simply because there is so much information to absorb during a 200 hour program. This course is designed to refresh and develop your confidence aligning and adjusting your students. We will also be discussing safe, appropriate and effective ways to request a students permission to touch their body, in light of the #metoo movement and cultural diversity.
This course is a must for any 200 hour graduate.
Students are required to have completed a 200 hour yoga program, or the equivalent in any dance or martial art form.
This course is registered with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia as continued education modules.
Please note there are no refunds available 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.

Dancing Warrior Yoga will take every measurement possible to prevent the spread of Covid 19 and asks that you adhere to all of the required safety practices, including social distancing, hand sanitization and cough and sneeze etiquette. If you feel sick at all, please do not attend class to help reduce the spread of infection. Should the government announce lockdown, then we will move the training program to a future date to minimise any risk.
